I was recently reading this book.

Hold up, we got it right here actually.

So if you're watching on video, the decision book,

it's also the decision book, the name doesn't change

based on the medium that you're watching it on.

And I'm going to be honest with you, I never heard of it before. I randomly found it in a little gift

shop in Boston and was just like this seems interesting.

And it's really cool.

I highly highly recommend picking it up.

So it's got just like chapters on chapters on chapters of different things

that like help us make decisions,

help us improve our lives, like different

psychological phenomena and different like studies that they found practices,

different like approaches to things right? So I decided to start going through it and

you're actually gonna hear me talk about this book a lot going forward because I'm

probably gonna be referencing things in future episodes.

But that's kind of what I want to do with today's episode.

So I was reading through it and there was this concept

called the Eisenhower Matrix.
