And today, I want to talk about a mindset that I think will lead you to joy in life. And it goes like this. We call it pro-noia, pro-noia, the opposite of paranoia. And we know what paranoia is, right? I'm not talking about in like a disorder sense. You know, I'm just talking about paranoia is what happens when |
