Hello everybody and welcome back to the Primal Potential podcast I am Elizabeth Benton.

I want to know who is ready to get it together.

Who is ready to just regroup and reset?

I have talked to so many people in the last couple of weeks I've been doing calls with

folks in my spring 12 weeks to transformation and my veteran clients and so many people

have said I just got to get it together.

I have been doing this quarantine and the changes in life and what's an option and what's

not an option.

It's just thrown a lot of people for a loop and I kept writing the words I was hearing

as I was having these conversations and I heard regroup a hundred times reset, get it

together, all of those things and later in the week I was having a meeting with Suzy.

Suzy is Primal COO.

We had to make a decision about the summer 12 weeks to transformation and Suzy said to

me, what are you thinking are we going to do it or are we not going to do it?

I was like, oh, 1,000%.

We are doing it because I see this as a really great opportunity.
