podcast are my clients who make changes and improvements for themselves so that you can be inspired, that change is also available to you.

I think that there is a very pervasive thought in the ADHD community at large that

changes just not available to us. We are the way we are and we are victims of our ADHD and it just is what it is and of course

ADHD is a real thing that we need to take very seriously

However, we can make changes and we can improve and I love to highlight that
