This morning I had bacon and I put in the oven and it's in the pan.

Now what is the benefit?

Well, it was the first time trying it, I googled it and it sort of did it even crispier

and even better and even quicker and faster.

Is it even healthier in a way?

I don't think so.

But I'd love to say that on a public record as a dietitian, as a health expert.

Yeah, as an nutritionist.

Yeah, but it was sort of a new way to cook bacon and I thought, whoa, something I don't

have that often.

I'm going through a phenomenon where you know when you find something that you're like,

I love eating this thing.

Yeah.

I'm going to eat this thing most of the time.

100%

And then you get to a day and you're like, I can't even look at it.

Yeah, what was it?

I'm going through that with vanilla, Greek yogurt and peanut butter, granola.

Oh, by the way, it was like, it's like a perfect, literally any time of the day snack

and it like, it was packed with protein and it tastes so good.
