I listen to this meditation daily as part of my gratitude routine, and let me tell you, it's life changing. When we align with the energy of receiving and healing through gratitude amazing things happen. This meditation is designed to be listened to in the morning after you wake for 30 days straight, and it will change your brain. I hope you love it as much as I do!

Welcome to this meditation where we will explore the powerful energy of gratitude.

Gratitude is more than just an emotion. It's the attitude of receiving.

Through gratitude, you open yourself to abundance, joy, and healing.

Today, we will not only explore how gratitude feels in your body,

but also how it can become a way of being,

a state you can return to any time to call in what you truly

desire. So go ahead and find a comfortable position either seated or lying down.

Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath, feeling the gentle rise and fall of your chest.

Take a deep breath in.

Allow yourself to settle into this moment,

worries or thoughts that may be present. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more centered and grounded, fully present in the here and now.

Now, bring your attention to your heart center, the space in the middle of your chest.

Feel the warmth and openness in this space. Set the intention to cultivate deep gratitude in this meditation.

As you hold this intention, imagine a soft golden light expanding from your heart, representing the energy of gratitude.

Begin to shift your attention inward, scanning your body from the top of your head down to your toes. As you scan, notice any areas of your body that feel good or at ease. Maybe it's the softness
