This is Motivation Monday. Let's get you fired up, answer some of the questions you

0:43.7

amazing people submitted, as well as share some quotes and just what's on our mind this week.

0:48.6

And we have a jam-packed fun episode. Also, I think a lot of people will resonate with the

0:53.7

questions in here because Thanksgiving

0:55.3

just passed. Hopefully that went phenomenal for you. You used the tips for Thursday. You stayed on track.

1:01.3

But even if you didn't, the great news is we have a tool with you with the first question of today's

1:06.0

episodes. We're going to jump right into that. And that is, I unfortunately went off track this past weekend for

1:12.3

Thanksgiving. And I'm looking to get back on track. But I can't help but feel like I lost

1:17.6

tons of progress and in beating myself up over it. Any thoughts? Yeah. And this is honestly

1:23.5

1:40.0

what I'm used to doing. And you may feel like you slipped up. So my first and most important thing is

1:45.7

just don't beat yourself up. I see so many people who make things way worse than it needs to be

1:50.9

because they just end up hating themselves for it, right? They're just like, man, I've been

1:55.4

working so hard. I can't get back to where I was. I'm four pounds heavier. And that just

1:59.9

doesn't help at all. And one of my biggest and best tips for any of you, no matter what you're going through, is spend time reflecting, right? Because it's so easy to say, hey, go out there, do 20,000 steps today, go make up for it and just, you know, crush it this weekend. And you give all these tips, right? But nobody will

2:17.7

actually spend time thinking of like what caused them to go overboard, you know, how they felt when

2:23.4

they went overboard, how they're feeling right now, maybe some things they could implement going

2:28.1

forward to make sure it doesn't happen again. So I really, really recommend spending time with
