The other 10% still believe that starvation myth, hormones, metabolism, and all that junk is what’s holding them back


Today, instead of telling you to eat less and move more we’re going to aim to fix your relationship with food once and for all, to help you make better food decisions.


1- Be aware of the times you actually struggle


2- Add Before You Subtract


3- Use food as fuel


4- Build non-food sources of dopamine


5- Eat foods you love that are also good for you


6- Add more predictable structure


7- Avoid the all or nothing mentality

And today we're going to be talking to you about how to fix your relationship with food and finally see results.

So I feel like a lot of people know what to do, but they just don't end up doing it,

especially when it comes to nutrition, right? A lot of people end up overeating, making bad decisions.

And we have the right mindset in place. We're like, okay, we're going to make better decisions.

A lot of people have the right intentions, but they don't end up doing it. So I would say probably

about 90% of the population realize that a calorie deficit is what's

going to cause you to see change.

If you eat a little bit less, you'll start to see change.

Now, I do believe there's still probably about 10% of people that feel like the hormones

are an issue or metabolism or they have something wrong or some sort of magic tea is going to help them out.

I'm not able to exactly help them in this exact episode, but the main thing is if you are

someone who feels like you can make better decisions, you want to start to see real change
