Thank you for supporting me. And today I want to talk about something I think a lot about because I think we've gotten this wrong. I think all the advice is wrong. And, you know, I'm not saying I'm right and everyone else who keeps giving this advice is wrong. It's not me versus them. It's not like that.

It's just that we keep being spoon fed this weird advice. And I think it's not that helpful. I think there's a better way for all of us to rise to the occasion, a more genuine way to do this thing.

And it has to do with the idea of not caring what other people think, you know, not worrying if people are judging you.

We have to be willing to be cringe.

We have to be willing to be a bit ridiculous, to be honest, to be vulnerable in life.

It truly is a requirement to overcome fear of judgment, fear of what will other people think. And so in that context, the usual advice that we've been fed, I see it everywhere. Literally, no offense, but I see therapists give it. I give, I see neuroscientists give it. I see coaches. I see, you know, generic quote writers on Instagram give it. Everyone says the same thing.
