As always, thank you so much for listening. Thank you for supporting me. And today, a lot can happen in a year. A lot can happen in a year. And I want to proclaim this for us in a really optimistic way. But I'll back it up with some research and then some anecdotes. But let's start here. Let's start with the belief that a lot can happen in a year. We forget about this fact, right?

We talk about change like it's this mythical thing that only visits lucky people or, you know,

entirely reckless people. But the truth is simpler, of course. A year is a long time.

A year is enough time to dismantle an entire version of yourself, rebuild a better, upgraded,

stronger, louder version of yourself. A year is enough for one decision you make to collide with another decision you make

and then another until momentum compounds and compounds. It's enough time to leave one relationship

and find your soulmate to leave your job and find your calling. You name it. Of course,

a lot can happen in a year. And I say that because we are wired as humans for

reinvention. You can outgrow a job that at one point you swore was exactly everything you wanted.

You can leave a relationship that at one point defined you. You can discover a passion that you didn't

even know existed six months ago. You

can wake up on a Tuesday, on a Wednesday, and realize that you don't want what you want,

what you used to want, right? Once that switch flips, your entire timeline changes. You move

differently. You speak differently. You show you show up differently of course you are so

capable of radical change over a short period of time but don't just take my optimistic word for it yes

i believe that you are not even close to becoming who you will become yes i believe some of your life's most rewarding days and moments and memories are still ahead

of you.
