Thank you. live a purposeful and fulfilling life. Let's go. All right. Welcome to episode 755. Hello, my friend. Welcome to a fresh new episode of New Mindset Who Dis, as always. Thank you so much for listening. Thank you for supporting me. And today, a simple message from me to you. And it goes like this. I say, you didn't deserve that. That's it. You didn't deserve what happened to you. You did not deserve what happened to you. And I think this is a message we all

1:12.5

collectively need to hear because at some point in our lives, someone hurt us in a way we absolutely

1:18.8

did not deserve. But instead of questioning them, we questioned ourselves. We internalized their

1:25.2

behavior as evidence of something, evidence that we were flawed or to

1:29.8

this or to that or too emotional or too demanding or too naive or to trusting, anything really to make

2:11.1

And that's all it is. A lot of the time, that's all it is. You didn't deserve it, period.

2:16.4

And I think coming back to this message or a is. You didn't deserve it, period. And I think coming back to this message

2:19.0

or a mindset of you didn't deserve it, it addresses what I think is like the worst human habit we

2:25.6

have, which is justifying other people's behavior as our responsibility. And we do this in an

2:33.6

interesting way, I think, I believe. We do this because

2:36.5

blame at least gives us a sense of control, a small sense of control. If it was our fault,

2:43.8

well, then we can prevent it next time. If it was, you know, something about us, then at least the
