I find it's hard for me to stay on track for longer than a month.

And I feel like when it comes down to anything that you're struggling with, whether it's

like nutrition, it could be you might, you're struggling to stay on track with eating healthy

or even your bedtime routine or like taking your supplements. Like whatever it is that you're struggling to stay on track with eating healthy or even your bedtime routine or like taking your supplements like whatever it is that you're struggling with I will say the first and most important step is identify what's holding you back because I can sit here and list out seven different things that you should try and that you should implement. But the truth is, unless it actually

means something to you and it's actually like based off of what your lifestyle is like,

based off of what your situation, what your goals are and all that stuff, it's not going to work.

So to me, there's kind of like a two-step process, actually three-step process. The first thing

is identify what it is that's holding you back. Is

your mindset? Is it that you hate the gym? Is it that you just like, I don't have the time and you're

kind of prioritizing other things? The next thing is going to be to reduce friction. So the way you

reduce friction is to make it easier to succeed. And I would do that typically by going at the same

time every day. So there's never a debate. For some people, it'll be as soon as you get off work, you have your gym bag packed and you head there right away. For others, it's going to be doing it in the morning when your disciplines at an all time high. So just setting it up where even you have accountability. Like for me and Josh, it's like, I know I'm going to meet up with them.
