Because I think it's a phrase and a desire, a goal that we all kind of just like casually throw out.

You know it's really easy to say it's very tweetable it's very shareable.

It's one of those things that when somebody asks like oh how did you get into personal development?

Why are you doing this? Why are you doing that?

It's very easy to say, you know, I just really want to be the best version of me that I can be.

And this is an idea that is central to the idea of personal development.
