So normally I do an advice session at the end of every month

but I think I've missed last month and the month before that.

And I just think that it will be way more fun for me and for everyone.

If I stop putting pressure on doing it at the end of every month

and just do it when I want to make one when I feel inspired

or when I feel like I want to talk about something or you all are telling me you want to hear something.

So I want to start the month of August with an advice session.

If you follow me on TikTok, you might know that I'm doing 75 Hard,

which is this challenge that you do for 75 days.

You work out twice a day, you drink a gallon of water, you stick to a diet,

you read 10 pages of a nonfiction or self-improvement book every day for 75 days.

And through doing this, I have felt very motivated, more so than ever.

I am getting really good at having a routine.

I'm moving more, I'm eating better, and I'm doing a lot more than just mindlessly scrolling on my phone.
