Summary

Recently I’ve noticed that I’ve been falling back into not so great habits of mine and honestly I’ve been struggling a little. When this happens, I know that the only way to get through it is to work through it. In today’s episode I talk about some things that I’ve done and am currently doing that make my life more enjoyable. By making an effort to do these things, I am much less frustrated, am more positive, more motivated, more grateful and more present.

I say diet very loosely because I hate diets.

I'm literally just not eating out or eating fast food throughout the week.

The reason I started doing 75 hard wasn't because I wanted to lose weight

or look a certain way. I started the challenge because I found myself

falling back into really bad, destructive patterns.

It came to a point where I realized that if I want to feel better,

I need to actually do things to make myself feel better.

Through 75 hard and through trying to become a better version of myself

and feel better, I've learned to incorporate little things
