and everything you did that led you to become

a integrative health coach?

Sure, it's a little bit of a long story and I have a bit of a circuitous route to get here, but

like way, way back when I started out in undergrad in college I majored in mathematics and

mechanical engineering so I thought I was going to go into that space in

engineering and then I had kind of a change of heart.
