Hi everybody.

We just had a little snack.

I walked out with a cutting board and on said cutting board was a honey crisp apple and

because we said maybe in one of the last episodes that we were going to try this the beekeepers

natural cacao honey super food spread.

So it's chocolate and it's honey and the only time I've tried it is on these apple slices

and then you had some almonds and we put the almonds in there too.
