Welcome to a fresh new episode of New Mindset, Who this, as always, thank you so much for listening. Thank you for supporting me. And today, a special episode, a rare interview episode. Today I'm joined by Jared Fried and Jordana Abraham. You might know them from their podcast. It's hilarious, but it's also quite wise. It's the You Up podcast where they basically break down modern dating with honesty, wisdom, and most

importantly, a sense of humor. The two of them have built one of the most insightful but

relatable shows out there by, you know, talking about the things that everyone is thinking

but won't admit. Jared Fried, you might know him. He is a stand-up comedian. He's a writer. He's

known for his sharp relatable takes on dating relationships in everyday life. He has a comedy

special 37 and single on Netflix, which I think perfectly captures the absurd realities of

modern dating. Jordana Abraham is the co-founder of Betches Media, which I'm sure you've heard of.

She's an entrepreneur. She's also the co-host of You Up, and she brings her wit and her

wisdom to conversations about love and success and self-awareness. So I'm very excited

for them to join today. In this episode, we talk about love. We talk about relationships. We talk

about hope. We talk about the question, do men change? And much more. So let's get into it with

episode 747 with Jared Fried and Jordana Abraham. Cool. So I think it would be really fun to

start with a little bit of a state of the union. So obviously we're both in our own bubbles of

what we like to talk about and our exposure to different trends, whether it's online or offline.

You know, you all have the great perspective of people who write into the show and ask various

questions. So I'm just curious as a starting point like what, what, what do you, what are you seeing right now? Like, what's the state of dating? Let's start with dating in October 2025. What's, what are you seeing? What's, what's top of mind right now for people? I'm going to, I'll let Jared start since he's on the front lines.

I, I am single. I'm out there. I think, you know what I think? I'll give one word,

a one word answer to describe the weather right now in dating, which is exhausted.
