It's really a girlfriend jam with one of my old friends, Megan Waterson.

So Megan is a renowned feminist theologian.

She's a bestselling, in a Wall Street Journal,

bestselling author of Mary Magdalene revealed. She has a master's of theological studies from

Harvard Divinity School and a master of divinity from Union Theological Seminary at Columbia

University. She's very smart. She's very well educated, but she created the House of

Mary Magdalene, a spiritual community to study sacred texts left out of traditional canon like

the Gospel of Mary and the Acts of Paul and Thecla. So she's basically reclaiming the female voice

in theological literature.

Her work has appeared in a bunch of media outlets such as The New York Times, The New Yorker,

Huff Post, TEDx women, Marie Claire, a bunch of places.

I've known Megan for years, and she was one of my friends. We were all sort of coming up together a whole

bunch of us in New York. Just so many, Gabby Bernstein and Megan and Chris Carr and Latham

Thomas and Kate Northrop and just a whole but Marie Forleo, we just were all friends sort of

coming up together with different interests and different expertise.

But she was always such a good and supportive friend.

And when my oldest sister needed a liver transplant, my sister Tammy, she, I was raising

money because she had four kids and didn't have a lot of money.
