Now, we do have to ask ourselves some important questions today because otherwise something else will have to happen to make you change.

And to me, that could be very, very scary. And I really mean that. I'm not trying to do like fear mongering or anything like that.

I, what I want to do my intention is to have

awakenings within us to have epiphanies to have insights to have this opportunity to go you know

what my life is so important to me i'm willing to do whatever it takes. Now, there are thresholds when it

comes to transformation. And depending on the threshold, we'll dictate the decisions that we make.

Most of the time, we try to see our issue as if it's normalized, even if it's very painful, even if we experience

anxiety, worries and doubts, if we experience it for a prolonged amount of time, if we've

had a limiting belief not being good enough, worthy or deserving, if we had any issue for

a period of time, we start to identify with it.

That's why we tend to say, I am not enough. I am not worthy.

I am fearful of rejection. I am fearful of success or failure or whatever it may be.

Those I am statements are identity statements. So we become become familiarized if that's what I'm

looking for familiarized is that a word who knows it is a word I'm just saying it differently

which makes it interesting but we become too accustomed to that belief system or our issue in itself. We think that it's normal.

We think it's a part of who we are. And of course that is not who you are. It's a part of you

that you're playing out in this world. And there are a couple of things which makes us change.
