to feel empowered in any situation. So when we go into this hypnosis session, maybe consider

where you'd like to feel that empowerment. Maybe it is in general, but maybe there's something

that you're going through where you'd like to have the empowerment, the confidence, the

self-certainty, the drive, any feeling, any thought, any belief, any

resource that will allow you to go into any situation with that level of empowerment.

So set the intention, set the frame of reference of where you would like this to happen.

And that means when we go into a state, a learning state,

what I would call hypnosis, it will allow your unconscious mind to gather, discover, and even

create the resources that are needed to make the change. And of course, make sure you're not

operating any form of machinery. I mean,

after all, why would you do that? It's just not necessary. It's not good. You want to be able to put

your attention to the things that are needed to have the attention on. And if you do have them

at hand, go ahead and get some earphones on. I believe the experience just deepens,
