Summary
In this episode you're guided in a walking meditation to manage your reaction to stress. You'll be guided as you let go of stress and embrace inspiration all around you. This is part 7 of a 7-Part Control Negative Reactions Series, Episodes 730-736.
As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
