I've done a couple. I jump around from like thing to thing to thing and would also like I definitely want to

like get into that around like creating a sustainable program because I like so many people just have a hard time figuring out what works for me.

I in the past was a really big runner, ran myself into the ground, basically like so many injuries and just like mentally pushed myself beyond my capabilities like undernourishing myself over working out with like weight spinning running like nothing was ever enough and just like totally

depleted myself and it was for all the wrong reasons, you know? So I'm I've like really kind of

rediscovered a different relationship with exercise where it's like additive and enjoyable in my life
