First, why don't you tell me a little bit about your experience as Chief People Officer and what you do at Data Iq?

Great, thanks, Greg.

Yes, so I've been the chief people officer at Data I coup for the past six months.

And in this role on paper, I oversee all of human resources, talent acquisition, learning and development, the office management experience, as well as the total rewards function, which is compensation benefits globally.

And in this role, it's a global role.

So I have team members based in Europe as well as in the United States and soon to be in Singapore.

And it's been a really interesting six months where I have learned so much and I can't wait to talk about it.

That's great. That's great. Yeah, it sounds like things are really are moving fast and a lot of growth there.
