Thank you for supporting me. And today, I want to prove, I want to prove the mantra that I can't stop shouting from a mountain.

That mantra being, build a life you love and love will meet you there. Build a life you love and love will meet you there.

And I've done episodes on this idea of just becoming so in love with your life and yourself and your passions and your hobbies

that you become magnetic in a sense and you draw on the right people. But I understand that that

might sound a bit too vague for your liking. So, you know, too much of a whimsical form of belief in

manifestation.

So today I want to add to this mindset with some research that says this is true,

that when you build a life you love, love will indeed meet you there.

Because research shows that living by this mindset is almost insurance against settling. If your life is rich with purpose and joy

and yeah, self-love, you don't then clutch at half-hearted love just to feel complete. You have

patience, you wait for alignment, and in fact, you draw in the right people at the right time.

Specifically, there is research out of Michigan State that validates this.

It showed that people who cultivated stability within themselves first, they weren't just happier

alone.

They were then more likely to attract the kind of love that was sustainable.

They showed, and I'll break it down in a minute, that relationship satisfaction has less

to do with who you choose and more to do with who you are when you choose them.
