Hello everybody.

Welcome back to the Primal Potential podcast.

I am Elizabeth Benton.

Thanks so much for joining me today for what will be a short episode.

And the reason it is going to be a short episode is because this morning I was going through

my calendar notes that give me content and ideas and inspiration to revisit and I just

knew I needed to share this one with you without question.

If you haven't heard me say this before, when I see something or read something or hear

something that really moves me or inspires me or something that I just want to remember,

I put it in my calendar at multiple future dates and the reason I do that is because

without that, I'll never remember and I know that I need repeat exposure to messages in

order to have them become my own in order to remember to practice them.

And so what I'll do is, for in this case, I read something in a book that I really liked

and I put a note in my calendar that just says, read page X of this book and I put it in

there at multiple future dates.

So every morning when I have my few minutes of journaling and reading time, I look at

what's in my calendar and sometimes an image will pop up, sometimes a quote will pop up.
