so now we're in the seven hundreds and it's been a while since I talked to him and

and we've got some interesting things to look at as to how the growth of his team and the growth of his company and everything has been.

So why don't you tell everybody a little bit about yourself since it's been a while since you've been on?

Well, I've been in real estate. This is like my 35th year, so I started in the 80s, and I've been through lots ups and downs lots of fun. I think I'm the champion of learning by screwing everything up and then fixing it and you know currently we have a team I have a partner in my team. I'm the part owner of four or five offices right now,

Keller Williams offices here around Chicago and then a small investor in a couple out of town and I'm a

maps coach teach the language of sales class for Diana and I don't know what else

to share you know it's really fun like my best year ever was the last year after 36 years and I don't think there's a lot of people that can kind of say that that you know it's still going up. It's kind of fun.

That's awesome so you know why would you say that is?

I honestly it's learning leadership I built my whole business on my salesmanship for many years, me cranking it out in the trenches, pounding it out day after day after day and finally kind of learned how to lead, you know, like found some

great leaders to get in business with and learn from them and I've created some really
