Hey Kevin, why don't you tell everybody about yourself

so they get to know you better?

Yeah, absolutely.

So my name is Kevin, as you mentioned.

So a second appearance here on the show,

run a real estate team based in the Phoenix area right out of Tempe, Arizona.

We happen to sell real estate here in Phoenix and a couple other markets in Arizona as well as Colorado and California and Tennessee actually.

And so we've been in business now for just over 11 years, kind of got our start in that short sale world and then sort of worked our way through that and into this into a little bit of a different market right you and I were talking off

camera before we started about how things are changing so quickly and we

certainly had to adapt quite a bit over the years and so now just working

hard to to continue growing our sales team as well as kind of

dealing with all of the noise that's out there in the industry so trying to get

our fair share or unfair share as it may be. Recently change brokerages after first 11 years of my career
