And that's no joke but it's not always easy there's so

much out there designed specifically to steal your attention you've got got social media, you have email, you have text messages,

you have every single notification on your phone.

Honestly, you have your entire phone.

Everything out there, every company, their number one job is to steal your attention,

because that's where they make their money.

They cannot make money unless they have your attention.

And by the way, this is true for me as well.
