And today, I want to talk about the feast you deserve, aka the opposite of the crumbs, you may have been convinced to accept as good enough. The crumbs that someone keeps offering you. So yeah, I kind of want to talk about breadcrumbs. I want to talk about being able to look at those things, those behaviors, and to say, |

And the really tough part about crumbs and why I want to do a whole episode on it is they're satisfying enough for you that they just keep you hungry for more. And that's why you stay, but you can't. And it's the trickiest thing because when you're hungry like you might be for real intimacy when you're excited for real potential when you have leaned into possibility small little gestures crumbs can feel like a full meal and you do the human thing where you start to convince yourself that well a little bit is better |
