Thank you. live a purposeful and fulfilling life. Let's go. All right. Welcome to Episode 713. Hello, my friend. Welcome to a fresh new episode of New Mindset Who Dis, as always. Thank you so much for listening. Thank you for supporting me. And today, I want to talk about something I find myself saying to myself way too often, frankly, way too often. And that is, I should have done that long ago. I should have done that long ago. Like a couple of silly examples from my life, silly ones and then some serious ones. You might think that I just do arts

1:17.1

and crafts and I yap all day given what I do professionally. But there's a lot of admin work and

1:22.1

to-do lists associated with, you know, being an author and a podcaster, a lot of, a lot of scheming, a lot of behind the

1:53.6

And I had my to-do list now in my notes app, very clean, very organized.

1:57.9

And I feel so much better and lighter.

1:59.7

And after finally doing this,

2:01.9

I was like, man, I should have done that long ago. Another example, switching workout routines.

2:08.0

I spent, I spent like two years doing the same routine, like just like slucking out,

2:13.0

upper body and lower body and then arms and arms and then arms. And yeah, finally, after getting

2:20.9

into a new workout, I was like, man, I should have done that long ago. Also, I recently got

2:26.5

into running after literally years of saying, man, I should really start running. I should have

2:31.3

done that long ago. Now, those are simple ones, obviously,

2:34.3

a lot of examples, but I can also look back on other areas in my life, leaving my job to go all

2:39.5

in on writing and the podcast. I should have done that long ago. Also in the sense of commitment
