Thank you for supporting me. And today, I want to talk about chasing. I want to advocate for a mindset that says,

do not chase. But I want to talk about what this means, because I think we've gotten a bit lost in the sauce,

from my perspective, when it comes to this idea of chasing and, you know,

in dating and in love, we've come to think that to chase is to make the first move. To chase is to be eager. To chase is to show interest first. And again, regardless of where you stand on like

gender roles and trad wives or whatever, I think we've

lost sight of the plot.

Chasing is not about who makes the first move or it's not about showing too much interest.

Showing interest is healthy.

It's honest.

It's adult.

You're supposed to let people know you're into them, right?

Chasing is not making the first move. I think making

the first move, regardless of who you are or the dynamic you're looking for. I think it's

confident, it's direct, I think it's refreshing in a world of people playing games. Chasing is not

texting back quickly. That's just you being excited. That's you expressing your feelings. That's

amazing. Chasing is not being open-hearted or affectionate or enthusiastic. It's none of those things.
