were the vibes I need to know. My weekly update is that oh actually yeah I went to Van so I went

back to Vancouver to see Brode for the weekend and it was so much fun. I was so excited to be back

in that city because I love Vancouver and now that I'm feeling better and I have been really

working on getting back into routine and prioritizing the habits that make me feel good. I was able to

enjoy the city again and go to host concepts and go for a walk and get a smoothie and go out for

dinner with Brode and it was just really nice to feel like myself again and enjoy the city.

And it was just such a good time. I love that city so much. I will definitely be going back for

longer soon but I think I need a little just a little bit longer to get back into routine at home

you know. But with that being said I know a lot of people will be wondering this so I just

thought I would talk about it. I don't regret my decision to get another place in Edmonton and be

here for a little while. I was excited to come back and I'm still very happy and think it was the

right decision to do what I needed for my mental health and to show up as the highest version of

myself and get back on track and feel like me again. I do know that I made the right decision for
