all right welcome episode 71 this is a pretty timely episode I think it's

December 24th there's a lot of hype and self-help talk going around because

the new year's almost here new years resolutions bucket list those kinds of

things and I think that's great and all but there's a lot of noise going around

you know how you can really make the most out of 2019 but I think I can make

things simpler and that's why I wanted to do this episode to give what I think

is the most impactful mindset that I carry with myself every day that gives me

the confidence that I really can make 2019 the best year of my life so I think
