this episode is about everything I stand for, namely the power of the way we speak to ourselves

to create the reality we want, The way we speak to ourselves,

a.k.a. the source of optimism in life. Don't you want to be more optimistic? Don't you?

I saw this TikTok the other day.

It was this woman maybe in her mid-20s and she was like drinking a matcha or something

and coffee or whatever.

And she looked a little bit upset and she says the following verbatim.

She goes, I just broke up with

my boyfriend i got a drink it tastes horrible just like my taste in men it tastes horrible just like my

taste in men now don't get me wrong that it's kind of funny right it's like i'm all for a bit of a

self-deprecating joke every now and then. And also I get it. It's not that

serious. It's just TikTok. But, you know, actually it is that serious because saying things like
