Hey buddy, why don't you give everybody a little rundown on yourself

so they get to know you better?

Okay, first 33 years old,

been in real estate, this is working on 12th year.

I started right out of college and family business. My

stepdad owns a local real estate company so sort of fell into it right after that

and grew up around real estate. My mom was a mortgage broker and an agent for a long time and so it was just sort of a natural path in 2007 when everything was crashing of course to jump into real estate.

You're just natural, right?

Yeah, it fit really well.

So there were really not many other jobs coming out of college either, so it did fit.

I spent the last semester of college trying to talk somebody into letting me analyze their business so I could graduate and my step that I did it and I just sort of learned real estate and was like, all right, let's do this.

And so it jumped in and really hadn't looked back but that's that's been a while

was an individual agent for about nine years roughly nine years so we're almost
