| 1:24.0 | it's a scary word because there's vulnerability tied to it. There's the fact that you have to rely |
| 1:29.8 | on someone else and share some of your goals and let people know what you're working on. |
| 1:35.1 | And there's also this fear that well, when we're held accountable, we might fail and not live up to |
| 1:42.5 | our goals and expectations. You know, and I don't know why in certain contexts, I wasn't able to do |
| 1:49.7 | and then certain contexts, I was able to do it. And through my life, I had learned that at the |
| 1:56.8 | time that I did, I had gained enough wins to transition it into other aspects of my life, |
| 2:02.5 | then the past I wasn't able to. And of course, we'll talk about those different avenues as we go |
| 2:08.0 | through this today. So you felt that your success kind of led to momentum in other areas and allowed |
| 2:13.5 | you to feel more comfortable being vulnerable and getting more accountability in your life. |
