If you're interviewing, questions.

Do not do what I do and just kind of freestyle it.

That's usually not a good recipe for success.

Have some questions prepared.

Do some research on your guest, you know, even if you're being interviewed.

Think about what are some questions that they might ask me?

Do some research on their podcast.

See if there's like a format that they follow, there's questions that they always ask I remember back in 2018

I was on the bigger pockets podcast for the first time dude I was so nervous if you listen to that episode

You know Brandon Turner who's my now really

good buddy, who's been on the show multiple times, he's spoken at WealthCon, like all the same things

I'm telling you guys that happen when you have a podcast. I remember, dude, I was so nervous on that episode because I grew up watching and listening to

bigger pockets and that was how I learned how to invest in real estate and it

was like this surreal moment to now be featured.

And so I knew that they had this thing called The Famous Four

that they asked at the end about like, hey,

what's your favorite book right now?

And then there was a couple other questions

that they always asked so I came prepared knowing they were going to ask me those

questions so just be prepared at the end of the day right right? I would say, you know, just be normal at the end of the day.

When you're being interviewed or you're interviewing, be yourself, be normal. Don't try to just be crazy

and something you're not. It will come off as fake. It won't be genuine.
