Now let's talk about the show itself.

How do we make an entertaining show,

something that people want to watch,

something that they get value from and everything else?

Well, number one, you need to identify the audience. Who is it you are trying to attract

and what do they want to see, right? If you're starting a show for plumbers, all right? What does a plumber watch? Who do they want to watch? What do they

want to learn about? Whatever, right? I don't think there's anything wrong with starting a

podcast for plumbers. You know, not many people are doing it. And so if you had something that you were selling to plumbers

I mean you'd have basically no competition right? There's a lot of real estate podcast now so to stand out in the real estate niche is harder than the plumber niche.

Doesn't mean it's impossible, but I'm just saying, you know, that's what you got to do.

So my thing is, understand the audience that you're trying to reach and, you know, also be unique.

Don't just copy somebody else,

because that's what they do.

Don't be like, oh, well, you know, Ryan had success,

so I'm going to be just like Ryan.

I'm going to have the same background as him I'm gonna try and get the same exact

guest and whatever right it's like no be you just be yourself the way you

speak is different than how I speak. The way you have conversations is different than how I do.

You know, I'm not trying to be Grant Carnone. I'm not trying to be, you know, these other guys. I'm just trying to be myself.

And however that is that is so you

know understand you're unique we have a saying at wealthy creator you can't

compete with unique and it's true right If I'm just being true to me, then I'm not competing with anyone.
