The past two and a half years have been pretty intense for everyone at home, at school, and at work.

There have been so many instances of social structures breaking down.

Trust has been eroded.

Executives being all worried about remote workers' productivity levels

and those same workers fearing that higher ups are using surveillance tech to watch over their every move.

Employees trusting their leaders to be triple bottom line focused only to see them prioritize profit over people and the planet.

And then there's transparency, or rather a lack thereof, in terms of open and honest communication between those in power and those with a lot less power in our workplaces.

Trust has been eroded.

And now that we're entering a new normal, how can companies rebuild trust, given how challenging daily life continues to be?

Even just asking that hypothetical question freaks me out.
