So your feelings cause thoughts and your thoughts causes behavior change, causes actions.

So by you asking like, say a tech who's in a bad mood, hey, what's going on?

Like, what's going on? Share with me your feelings. Is there stuff going on at home? What are

your feelings right now? Because when they share with you your feelings, you get access into the

stories that they're telling themselves.
