Summary

In today's 7 Good Minutes: Extra segment, we explore how sacred experience isn't found by escaping ordinary life, but by bringing deeper presence to everyday moments. Reflect on where the sacred might be hiding in your most routine activities.

If you ever need a calm space to think, relax, or just breathe for a while, I’ve created something new called OCEANSCAPE FM on YouTube. It’s simple, just soft piano and open ocean views, designed to be there when you need it.

This is incredibly liberating because it means we don't have to wait for perfect conditions

to experience the sacred. We don't have to wait for perfect conditions to experience the sacred.

1:29.3

We don't need to have our lives completely organized, our schedules cleared, or our meditation practice perfected.

1:36.3

We can touch the sacred right now, in this moment, exactly as we are, exactly where we are.
