reached. But happiness isn't hiding in the future. It's something you carry with you, or not,

in how you choose to move through each day. The truth is, happiness isn't about everything going

right. It's about how you relate to life as it unfolds.

It's in how you greet the morning, how you handle delays, how you celebrate the small

winds and learn from the setbacks. When you treat happiness as a way of traveling, not a

final stop, you begin to see it in the simplest places, in a shared laugh, in a deep breath, in showing

up for yourself with kindness, even when the day feels heavy.

Moment by moment, you get to choose how you show up, and that choice adds up to the life

you live.
