So confidence gremlins are something that everybody experiences.

It doesn't matter how senior you are, how long you've been working, what role you're in.

We speak to lots of different people about confidence and everybody has these confidence

gremlin so you're definitely not alone.

And confidence gremlins are the things that hold us back.

They matter because they stop us doing the things that are important to us, things that will make us better in our job,
