All right, here's a lawsuit, and there is a company out there that used to be known as Facebook, which is now known as Meta, META.

Bet you didn't know that, right?

Of course you did.

So there is a guy by the name of Justin Belugnino who has a company called MetaX LLC.

That's MetaMETA, capitalized, small X, and LLC limited liability company.

And he is suing Zuckerberg.

He is, I think he's not individually suing the company, Meta, and saying, you stole my name.

I've got a copyrighted name.

You came in and just meta, you took my name. And we're sort of in the same business. That's a realed name. You came in and just meta, you took my name and we're sort of in the same

business. That's a real important issue, by the way. If you have

meta dry cleaners, believe me, everybody else who

has the word meta cannot sue you unless you're in the dry

cleaning business because it's a question of confusing the company and products.

Now, if you have meta dry cleaners and two miles away, someone opens up meta dry cleaners,

you've got the lawsuit. You can stop them from using the name. But if someone is out there saying

it's meta car repair, the court's going to allow and the law allows
