And today, if you feel like you are someone who just doesn't trust anyone anymore, because you've been burned so many times in the past, that now you have trust issues. This episode is for you. This is for you if you say you have trust issues.

And I say that twice specifically because that's the term, right?

Trust issues.

That's the term that we've like labeled on ourselves.

I have trust issues.

So and I want to take today's episode and gently,

but optimistically encourage you to stop calling it an issue like it's something to fix or a burden to carry.

I'm here to say and to prove in a sense that having trust issues just means you've lived and learned and now you're loving with eyes wide open.

It is not a defect.

Trust issues, even though we are going to relabel it.

It's not about being cold or closed off or I just don't know anymore.

It's about being cautious with what's sacred.

And if anything, the world needs people who take trust

seriously. To have lived and loved and to have been burned is not a sign of weakness.

To have trust issues. It's not a sign of weakness. It is a sign that you've loved. And yes,

you did get burned. But now you are potentially armed with

the most powerful thing you can, which is discernment. Discernment. People with trust issues,

you don't love less. You love smarter. You pay attention to energy. You don't confuse potential
