Meditation may just be one of the best things you do for yourself all day

because the benefits of meditation reach into all areas of your life, your health,

how you feel about your life in general, relationships, how well you focus,

and mostly an overall feeling of happiness and peace.

Well, in today's episode, which is 691, you're going to be guided in a meditation

to cultivate this inner peace.

And I'm going to share with you a mudra technique. It's an option for

you to do as you do this meditation. Moodras are simply ways you position your hands

and it activates your nervous system in a particular way that stimulates your brain. And so for this mudra, this will help

to activate or stimulate that part of your brain that senses inner peace and stillness.

Mudras are a lot like yoga, where when you stretch your body into a pose, you also

stimulate your nervous system and feel empowered or at peace.

Many different supportive feelings are cultivated through yoga and also through how you position

your hands with mudras. In this meditation, I'm going to guide you to relax your mind and

body to notice your breath and then you'll have the option to do an inner peace mudra.
