especially from us millennials, coming as a result of nostalgia marketing.

So clearly, this is a topic we all care about to some extent.

So I'm going to be discussing the topic of nostalgia overall

nostalgia that serves our best interests

and nostalgia that holds us back. Let's dive into it.

Nostalgia is the process of thinking back on our past with fondness,

such as our childhood or a vacation we once took.

It's the reason we look back at old pictures,

almost as if we want to dive into them to go back to that moment.

Our past often holds keys to our future. It laid the path we walk upon today.

It's where we learned all of our lessons, both the good ones and the bad ones.

Those good old days where things just seemed simpler and, well, frankly, better.
