0:17.0	She's in the kitchen. She sees blood on the floor and she sees the oven door is left open which is not usual for her mother to leave the
0:29.0	door on the oven open and she immediately has the thought she's three or four years old and she has the thought that her mom is heard
0:38.8	and bleeding and gone and hasn't left her so the fear of death here and being left by her mother and trauma of such a young,
0:50.0	just a young little angel, and how does she work through this? I'm so glad you've tuned in.

1:19.7	Hi honey. Hi Hi honey. Hi Katie. Hi, hi so good to be here with you. Oh good to be
1:37.2	So in doing the work recently I had a past image come up more than once and and then I noticed in my every day it was popping up just hanging around and so I wrote a worksheet.
2:05.0	Good. Yeah. So read number one on your worksheet. Those of you new to the work, the worksheet is there are six questions on it. It's always free on the work.com. There are six questions on it. And Laura has, I'm assuming filled in those six questions. She's answered them. And so read number one, do us now.
2:09.5	Okay, would you like to know where I am in this moment or? Yes.

2:11.4	So, I'm three, maybe four, I'm not sure, I'm young, and it's just a clip memory, and I'm in, next to the dining table and my mom had been in the kitchen cooking.
2:28.0	She had her apron on and then whoosh like she's gone and the oven doors down and I notice there's some
2:38.8	drops the blood on the floor and what did you say just before you notice there are bled?
2:44.5	The oven door is down.
2:46.5	The door is down.
2:47.5	Yeah, she left the oven door down.
2:50.1	And there are some drops of blood on the floor.
2:59.8	So I'm standing there looking at this and my number one is, I'm worried with mom because something bad is happening to her. Okay so little girl three or four
3:08.3	so be there now just as your memory offered it up when you wrote the work she'd be there now.
