Who have you complained about lately? And why?

I complain about Paul because he lied to me.

And in that situation,

I see in my mind's eye.

He's telling me an obvious lie. And he's holding to it no matter what I say.

And there's a heated argument that breaks out between the two of us.

He's had three heart attacks.

The doctor said, don't smoke, it's gonna kill you.

We're in the kitchen.

I caught him, and he's denying it. I can smell the smoke. I saw he shoved it down the garbage disposal.

I'm in the right. And then he lies to me. I complain about Paul because he liked me. Okay, so I'm anchored in the kitchen and I invite all of you to do exactly the same thing focused on your complaint with that person you're complaining about.

And feeling number one, and the situation with Paul,

and that situation in the kitchen, who angers me,

saddens, disappoints me and why.

Okay, number one, I am, what is the emotion?

Furious, I'm furious.

I'm violently furious, I'm really furious with Paul in that situation because he lied to me.
